Applications are received throughout the academic year, Names are placed on a waiting list and candidates are called for interview from March onwards each year.

Application Form
Complete Application Form can be submitted throughout the academic year, for inclusion on our waiting list. Candidates are called for interview from march onwards each year. Application form should be accompanied by the following documentation:
- Application Fee of HK$500
* either cash/cheques payable to "Kiangsu-Chekiang College"
- Proof of Birth Date
- 2 recent Photographs
- Copy of Latest school report forms from current school
- Copies of other relevant reports
- Information about the applicant, if applicable
- Copy of Hong Kong Identification
- Copy of Passport, if applicable

Applications can be submitted either in person at our school, or by post marked for the attention of the International Section Office. This is situated on the First Floor.

Interview and Registration Procedures
Interview are held from March onwards each year. THis usually consists of three test papers in English Reading Comprehension, Mathematics, and Chinese Writing, plus a listening test in Mnadarin, and an interview in English. The whole procedure takes approximately takes about 1 1/2 hours. The candidate is notified shortly afterwards as to the success of his/her application.
Upon offer of a place, the Registration Deposit of two month's fees - currently HK$15,600 is payable in order to secure the place. This deposit is refundable when the child leaves us, provided that the child has completed at least one full academic year. One month's written notice is required for refund of the deposit.

Payment Procedure
All parents are asked to pay school fees by Direct Debit Authorisation (Autopay). Forms are available from the International School Secretary.
- School fees are payable monthly, in ten payments per year
- When completing the Autopay form, we ask that you set a limit of HK$8000 on the form. (Please note that this does not imply that fees will be raised during the academic year, or that there must be HK$8000 in your account. It is for the convenience of all parties in that, while your child continues to study here, you will not need to complete further Autopay forms every year).
- Accounts are debited on the 10th (or closest working day) of each month. Until the Autopay comes into effect (which may take more than a month) please pay any initial fees by cheque, at the beginning of each month.
All cheques should be made payable to KIANGSU-CHEKIANG COLLEGE, and have the child's name and class clearly marked on the back.

Uniform
Year 7 -11 are required to wear the designated uniform of the school, which is available to purchase from our school supplier. The International Section has adopted a similar uniform to that worn by the Mandarin Section of the College, but with their own distinctive badge.
