VACANCIES FOR 2008-9 ACADEMIC YEAR
PRIMARY SCHOOL:
I.T Technician required: to start as soon as possible, but by Mid-August at the latest.
Applicants must hold some IT qualifications, preferably have worked in a school environment for at least one year, and must be willing to work with teachers in the classroom to assist in IT lessons, set up and monitor all computers in the Primary section of the school, monitor and maintain all other IT equipment including projectors, visualisers and Audio visual equipment.
Two temporary teaching posts available to cover two of our Teachers on Maternity Leave, for much of the Autumn Term. One will be in Primary 3 and the other in Primary 1.
Supply Teachers – always required! If you wish to be added to our supply teacher list, please submit your CV, your Teacher Registration document and your work visa (if applicable).
SECONDARY SCHOOL:
Full time teacher of Mandarin. Only teachers with relevant Degree, PGCE or B.Ed., qualifications, plus at least two years experience will be considered. Experience with teaching IGCSE and/or IB Diploma courses will be a definite advantage.
Full time Laboratory Technician required as soon as possible. Applicants with working experience in school/university environment will be preferred. The Technician works with our Science teachers in up-to-date purpose built science laboratories, preparing teaching materials and equipment for all science lessons through the day. Technicians are expected to work for some of the school holidays, generally by arrangement with the school authorities.
