GCSE and IGCSE Results 2021-2022

Kiangsu-Chekiang College, International Section has produced a collection of phenomenal GCSE / IGCSE results in the 2021-2022 academic year. The examination pass rate was 99 %, with 85 % of our students attaining A*- C / 9 - 4 grades. Additionally, 53 % of our students also achieved distinction A* - A / 9 - 7 grades.

We’re immensely proud to announce that our top performer this academic year achieved an outstanding GCSE / IGCSE result of 12 A*- A / 9 - 7 grades. Other notable achievements include three remarkable students who attained 10 A*- A / 9 - 7 grades.

It has been exceptionally pleasing to witness students go from strength to strength in these examinations, which bodes well for them in their future studies either/or locally and abroad. We are also grateful for the support of our parents, who support teachers and nurture this success in students. We wish the 2020 - 2022 IGCSE cohort every success in their future academic and personal endeavours.

In the May 2022 IBDP examinations, 100% of our students registered for the full IB Diploma were successful, a statistic well above the global average. This is a remarkable achievement, provided that KCCIS is a non-selective IB World school. In addition, our mean point score is 36.4, which is above the global average.


Members of the class of 2022 have now taken up places at the world’s leading universities such as New York University, The London School of Economics and Political Science, The University of British Columbia, University of Toronto, Connecticut College, and University of Hong Kong. We are proud of our students and their achievements!

 

IB DP Results 2020-2021

Congratulations to our class of 2021! This year, the IB Diploma cohort once again hit the 100% pass rate! The average score was an outstanding 37.1 points, outperforming the worldwide average. The average grade achieved was 5.91, way above the worldwide average. 41.2 % of our graduates achieved 40 points and above. Our college also celebrates the achievement of one of our students who has achieved a perfect score of 45 points.


Our students have demonstrated remarkable resilience and fortitude by completing an amazing academic journey and exceeding the international benchmark once again! Our students have secured higher education places in a variety of prestigious university destinations across the world. A big thank you to all the teachers and families for their extraordinary support.
